Dear Ms Whitfield,
Pursuant to clause 4.2 of the tenancy agreement dated 1 June 2023, the Landlord hereby serves notice of a revision to the contractual rent payable in respect of the above premises.
The revised monthly rent shall be £1,295.00, representing an increase of £100.00 per calendar month, with effect from the next rent day following one calendar month from the date of service of this notice.
Should the Tenant wish to dispute the revised sum, representations must be made in writing within 14 days of the date hereof, failing which the revised rent shall be deemed accepted.
